OUR CLASSES
BOXFIT
Build a fit strong body and mind in these 45 minutes fitness classes. Utilising boxing bag work, bodyweight and weighted exercises to get yourself fit and strong for whatever life has to throw at you.
BOXING FUNDAMENTALS
Increase your boxing knowledge and skills in this class under the eye of an experienced coach. Perfect your boxing technique and build a toolkit of boxing tactics through partner drills, pads and bag work. “Perfect practice makes practice perfect”.
IRONWORKS
Our new circuit based strength and conditioning class. A 45 minute circuit class using compound exercises with kettlebells, dumbbells, med balls and body weight exercises. Delivering to you a circuit-style heart pumping, muscle burning workout. Build some strength and bulletproof your body.
PAD TECH
Try our fast paced interactive focus pads class. Learn to punch like a boxer, putting together 1,2 and 3 phase combinations. Improve your technique, distance and accuracy! This class is a blend of sharp combination punching and footwork working with a partner on the pads.
YOUTH BOXING
Through the sport of boxing develop confidence, respect, discipline, resiliency and courage. Boxing has saved many youth in its time. Building their character, as well as teaching them a skill that gives them confidence for the tough journey ahead that is life.
FOUNDRY FIGHTERS
Chase glory in the ring while training alongside a driven team of corporates, amateurs and professional fighters. Under the watchful eyes of experienced boxing coaches with over 180 fights and multiple championship titles between them. Are you ready?

This is a small group class led by an experienced boxing trainer teaching stance, movement, punch rotation, the basic six punches, and pad-holding technique—equipping you with the confidence for your next boxing class.
